Hospital baby deaths: ITH Pharma Ltd charged over supplying medicines 'not of nature or quality specified'

Police investigating the deaths and illnesses of babies at a number of hospitals have charged a pharmaceutical company with seven counts of "supplying medicines not of the nature or quality specified".
